Well you don't get banned directly. I used the nepgax trainer in about 900 matches and then switched to the lets fut trainer. After about 50 matches i got a warning. so i started playing on another account and about 100 matches later again i received a warning. so you dont get banned instantly

How does the "Fitness" part actually work?
I can see all my players have 99 fitness but after 2-3 games, at match half they actually are deep in red, all of them. Do they or do they not have 99 fitness set at the start of the match? Because I can't apply fitness cards cause the visual says 99 but after 30 minutes in game they are VERY tired.

Fitness is SinglePlayer Only (as I heard about), it wont affect Multiplayer

i just logged in FUT and was asked to update squad. The overall 99 seems to be ineffective again.

You're using the free version m8, if you want more services there you got the paid version ;)
