You should open it on Friday or Saturday, atleast during weekend to get the max peak of players at the first day. But it is your decision and I'll probably still will be on tonight.

As you have already posted time of the grand opening it wouldn't be wise to change it now because some people might get angry or something like that and simply leave. So I suggest leave it as it is and open at 11pm (GMT+2) even tho it is late :)

I know it sounds strange but there are a lot of people who get angry without any real reason. Probably, there are less such people in sro community but they are still here hiding :D Anyway, in all the years of playing Silkroad and other MMORPG games I have noticed that for private servers it is advised to do what they promised at exactly that day and time which they promised to do it.
