This may be the wrong place to ask this but is there something going on with the servers? When I try to login I get the message authentication failed please restart and try again. Does that have anything to do with the ITC?

ITC cant bring server down. It is just hack that jump addresses. There is someone else that is using DoS on servers for their reason like stealing database files etc etc.. well who knows what is really happening for real man.

S4League have problem, look at the S4League forum. The game didn't work due to technical problems.
