After you click "Clone", follow the guide and choose "linked type" clone instead of "full clone". The script is set to make "linked" type clone.
I found the script not working as well. I managed to clone 9 VM manually by using this method and got 5vs5 running for over 20 hours without a problem. (I also use

For those people who got the host create game room = 0.
I found two possible problem.
1. You did not edit the config file to make unique name, so when two or more people is using the same game name at the same time, it result game name = 0.
2. You changed game name in config file but still get game name = 0. I found that sometimes my host created a room and all client joined it, for some reason the game does not start. So EmuB0T AR will restart the host, but all other clients are still in that room which means the room still exist. After the host restart, it will attempt to create another room with the same game name resulting "Game name = 0". So use EmuB0T AR for every virtual machine is a must and it resolve the problem.
Sorry for my bad English :)
