My server was blocked, I have some problems with Spies on Epvp ..

3 or 4 ''Board Admin'' add me on skype and menace me, All my Darkorbit Accounts was in Calmdown for life, banned by a Superior .. Like a Developper.. I will never restart that .. We can't win when the other side it's powerful like Bigpoint.

My Ip is blacklisted for all server, i need to enter on servers with a proxy ..
I lost like 1500 $ on my accounts . Trust me .. I don't want to lost my liberty lool.

Today i able to smile, but it's difficult to accept that they can put to police on me .. But don't worry , I had all problems because i abused of power of some Darkorbit Staff to have some secrets of Darkorbit, not just for the server ..

They also make closing my site, if they want to destroy you, they can ..

It's why I think DJ will have problems .. But it's he choose ..

Bigpoint will come from DarkOrbit to JD's private server.And PLEASE No bot's and autolock's,let see when the server is open who can fight the best.

They wouldn't, or should I say can't... because that is A- against their own terms and conditions, B- any unofficial communication (eg. via skype) is against the law and no legal action can be taken via it, C- if they ban my accounts without first issuing a warning or without taking the proper legal routes, I can sue, and they wouldn't like that ;) D- I have a dynamic IP ;) E- Its the legal system, if they did that before issuing any sort of cease and decist orders, then they would ruin any case they would have in court as they didn't follow any proper legal route, meaning, if they did that, I would win any cases against me in court.

I already talked with him about that in the very beginning, and there will be a very high banrate, but I was thinking, maybe a video report section? So when someone uses bot/autolock, use screenrecorder and send it to their reporting email, if 1 very clear bot, ban, if not clear or player or bot, let's say 3 reports and autolock after 5?

jD isn't BP so he'll take care of it after report (or anyone who'll be responsible for that).

Yes you are right. But still, or he is lying or BP acted breaking the law.
