NPC has Str 7 -Int 7 - Seal of MNGX from 1-9DG , the exp it's awesome , I just made lvl 23 alone and someone helped me with TG - Got lvl 51 and 120k SP , it's pretty easy to get leveled.(In about 15 minutes)
Also I had seen the new skills ...

Very good server so far. Great rates - not too slow, and not too fast, just perfect. 3 inventory pages, 5 pet pages, 1 mill silk, no lag, lots of people, tons of uniques and - best of all - friendly people. Looks like I will stick around on this server for some time.
