*Edit* : Is there an way to forbid PK totaly? Not only turning PK on but killing people?

No Splitter[1] is basically what every you type after the command.
Example: /skill fire
"/skill" being Splitter[0] and "fire" being Splitter[1]

I could but it would take some time since i'm new my self and i havn't really tried making it read the "Flags" line i tried about an hour ago but i didn't have time i might try again soon.

Lol me and sam tried it before its an array, we never rememberd to finish it, oh well suppose its not really needed now though.
