I have put password inside so that no one can leech and 30 pukes for the price, its not free of course. the reason is to avoid it from many player to use freely. Well kinda rare... but for those people can afford they can have it without any problem and with my permission it will be smooth, playing while hacking...
Almost forgot, Some player using my name selling edit char with Low price, its fine if you wanna try. but i can is that trust no one but me... Try to figure it out closely "Low Price with character editing" Might be scam... pay wisely
