It's Possible. But Bugs like this Takes RIDICULOUSLY large amounts of Lag... TS got the badge because he was either trying to click the GET button out of fun, or He was informed that it could happen.

My Theory:
There is a large possibility that any badge could be bugged out of pure lag.

Hey dude, i went through your screenshots again, there is only 1 left that has your IGN. It's Screenshot #4. I recommend you remove that too.
