The only difference I can see is this

Patch 30 Official ndreg:
C:\Program Files\Winner\D9

His mod:

well thats not the only change though

also i am not as good as saweet so can't make one for german version

Can't do much wrong with 1.3kb lol.
Besides: thats the size of the ndreg.xrg file so it's pretty much clean :)

What he (most likely) does is, open the old - working - ndreg.xrg and compare it to the one from the 31 patch.

Then check whats changed (there somewhere is a line with "proxy 1" in it) and make it like the old - wokring - ndreg.xrg.
That should b all.

Note: Some changes are not related to 9DIscipleTH ..
