Hmm let me explain it...: Well maybe you had alot fun in real live, got a new Gf or w.e. but you decided to quit Sro forever...this feeling is not forever...maybe you want to play a few days later again, but than you think: Ah fuck i destroyed everything i don't want to make a new set and so you don't start playin' again. But if you first try to sell it, no1 wants it and so you play again and forget that you wanted to quit. Well i wouldn't do that if i had a level 110FF Full nova 1337 char but if it were under 90 it worth not much anyway so i can try to sell it for 10$ or just destroy it....and maybe you don't need to send your informations via Global...you can make a good friend ingame a nice present :b.
