i dont know why but now on the second time i start this bot up it dont kill NCP's it just flys around doing NOTHING

I'm stucked on step 6..

After start "apache_start" it says:

Now we start Apache
Starting "apache"...
"apache" is not started.
...

What should I do? I have Win 7..

Yes, but I just tried now again, and it says that apache is started, but then after close it and start "apache_stop.bat", it says that can't find the process..

I already tried it too. When I press 'Start' next to 'Apache' the green 'Running' appears for only 3 seconds and then it disappears. Something is wrong.. I already tried to repair all this reinstalling XAMPP, but stills the same..
