Essentially, yes. Though not as much memory addresses (Cheat Engine is far more suited for that), but rather functions.
It will require you to have atleast a basic understanding of reverse engineering and ASM (assembly, the language which OllyDbg spits out at you from the compiled code) to get anywhere though. I suggest Lena's reverse engineering tutorials if you're starting out or don't feel confident in it.

Learning reverse engineering ain't some little thing though, and it's absolutely essential that you also program in a language like C++ on the side to get the full understanding. It can be very time-consuming so unless you plan to use a lot of effort and time, let the others do it :)

I can't find "fengyue" text in ollydbg.ini.
I extract olly, start it once then close it and press ok when ask to patch the class name windows.
Video tutorial may help all who can't do that any reading this tutorial.
