Another option is to use [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] . Which also doubles as an autotalker.

If you cant figure out how to use this- you can go to my [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and download the program and put your EXP Skill in the F1 slot, and set my autotalker to say {F1} every 1000 miliseconds or so.
