CO Closing Down please read

erm, theres nothing stopping them from shutting CO down, there was never anything stopping them,

they have the right to do anything they want with our accounts, so if they deleted everyones accounts, then no1 plays so they could shut it down

if they were to shut it down they would stop account registration, which has not happened,

they would stop selling dbs, which has not happened, in fact the complete opposite has occured,

so tbh, i think youve got it all wrong, CO makes far more money than you think, concidering they bought the Unreal 3 engine, which costs well over $3 million,

conquer isnt going to close down untill the game built by the Unreal 3 engine is released and well established.

i hope co dosent close down they sudent got right to. co is the best game tg ever made.

Whether they shut down or not is their choice, if they do some ppl will be vex some will rejoice.

I say this becuz lots o ppl quitting nowadays due to the rates o things dropping and due to some o those complaints dats one o de reasons new patch came out with lotto thing.

N e ways, imma still play for a bit but wen drop rates keep going like how they are everyone will quit eventually cuz u wont be able to find n e thing good.

I have been playing all different kinds of online games for the past maybe 8 years. TQ Digital is by far the worst company ever and haven't ever seen worse cusomer service. This game could have been the next rune scape in popualarity if tq wasnt in charge. And yes the game is gonna shut down in the next few months.

So, no matter how much 99 pct of all people deserve to be treated fair and equaly it dont maeka shit bit of difference to that 1 pct who can spend a small amount ( comparitivly) on conquer and produce Tq more profits in one week than all us poor folk can produce in 10 years.
THEY WERE allready sold out., they allmost sold out all the way, as soon as u can buy ur levels they will be fully sold out.
TQ just looked at all the poor people and and rich, tne complaints of the poor wanting beter security against aim botters, and the demands of the rich going "i want better aimbot" and realized. FUCK TE POOR!

thats right tq claimed our charectors for them selves and we just rent um out, just like a goverment, the can reclaim the property, posesions, and people with OUT paying us compensation any time they want for any reason. tq is not goin down unless u mean moraly.

About adding all these servers and such, the adding of servers is basically just starting another instance of the co application server in their dedicated servers.

The cost to them is the same, opening more servers doesn't really cost them anything extra. It's all on the same IP, same machine, same shared resources.

I would really doubt they are shutting CO down, with the way their staffing looks (Crappy Service - Low Paid Employees) and the fact almost every server in a single group is ONE server, thus costing them little, with all the db buying going on, even before the patch, they'd be making good profit.

To be honest.. I hope they'll stop CO.. I'm VERY addicted and I dont want that anymore x)
So this would be the only way to get me of CO and start working at school:P
but still I've been thinking about this to. I didn't think of WoW ect.
just that they gonna stop ect.
the TQpeople know VERY well that this kind of patch will fuck up CO. giving +8 stuff for something that's worth 600k..27 CP. it's really dumb.

I dunno.. a lot of people seem to think that the non-db-buyers are the only ones pissed off by this..

If almost all the non-db buyers quit.. which i think they are .. that will drastically reduce the playerbase in general. There was a time in this game where non-db buyers, or seldom-db buyers could concievably control a server, with the right team, and proper knowledge of lvling procedures etc.

I think, first off, CO is going to lose a great deal of Non-db buyers.. say 50% of the current CO population?

TQ thinks: Who cares. They don't give us money.


But what about the people that bought all those DBs in the past, to get ahead?
It used to be that you could spend 60dbs and get a 2soc item.. now it seems as if all those hundreds of dbs spent in the past were all wasted, when the lottery gives a total noob with 10dbs, the same stuff you got with 100? With 1000?

A lot of db-buyers are quitting too. Lets assume, for the sake of argument, thats another 10% of the population..

So maybe conquer suddenly has only 40% of its old population. What need do they have for all those servers now? Some of them were fairly empty already.. how much worse will it be, when half, or more of the players quit?
Are they going to start consolidating servers? Remerging the splits?

Those who spend, will hit the roof pretty quickly. With so few adversaries, the game will get boring. The Main GW-ruining hax, (speed, aimbot, ION, walljump, autorev) all remain unpatched.. so GW is going to continue to suck. Its just gonna suck for a lot less people now, because there are a lot less players..

But people play this game (mostly) cuz they love having a massive guild war on the weekends.. what happens to all that now?

I also think 4336 is pretty n00b-unfriendly. As long as conquer is advertised as a free-to-play game, its going to attract a nominally free-to-play audience.

Noobs in a game want to believe that they can become the best, given time and effort.

But now becoming the best is a matter of throwing $ at the game, and with the current situation, it just wont take that long to hit the roof.

A noob who logs in and sees nearly everyone with super 2soc, super gemmed +9 lvl 130 gear, is not gonna be inspired to shell out $ for DBs.

Even though i knew basically that the item mall would mess up the game.. I never foresaw that TQ would include something as world-altering as the lottery.

After 3 years of the STUPIDEST quests, with the LAMEST rewards imaginable.. suddenly, spend 1db on the Lottery, and you walk away with a 2soc elite necky.. and a +8 tao cap... what the hell happened TQ? :no:

wut u fail ro realize is tq dont care if they hurt db buyers as long as they get only rich people on conquer. the real money maken (thou igot no proof screw u i know its true its only obvious to me) is selling out chats our convorsations to advertisers, sorry i mean rich people conversations. conquer is a way to monitor the activitys of the rich, they dont give a crap how many poor peopel quit cuz they want um out of the way so they dont got to read our non profitable opinions and sort past um. they want the rich money spending, they can ease drop and effectivly brainwash, err i mean advertise better. makes pefect sence to me.

Everything that was made or bought in the past with DBs is now worthless. All work that any player has done to build their character up to this point, was a waste.

I have gambled for 5 DBs and got good stuff, but not a single DB.

I see many messeges with good wins; however DBs are very very rare.

money is retarded now check this out, on average i get a plus one stone form lotto. i sell plus one stone for 4 mill to 3 mill. cp go for 1`00k ea, 27 cp cost me 2.7 mill. makinga .3 to 1.3 mill profit on average. this is pure insanity.i got like quitea few mill now but i cant buy any things with silvers but more cps wtf is going on dam it.

EDIT: so now we can all get lots of items lots of silvers and lots of cp, but main cp users get dbs, so lots more silvers, lots more cps lots more items, u can get 500 cp and 100 million and be poor.. end result, i figure soon a eilte 1 soc neclklace will cost 25,000,000,000 silvers or 14 cp. mets will cost 1 million silvers ea or 1 less point den market npc costs u. db will be 999,999,999,999 silvers ea or 221 cp lmfao. S>item can soem one tell me price to sell? S> cp can soem one giv eme price to sell? T> cp for soal..... good thing ive gone no pk anways or i woudl be getting owned by db buyers untill end of conquer.

read the eula for conquer. they can change, amend, deny service and just basicly end the game without notification. so spare me they aren't going to stop the game they got the perfect cash cow till they unveil their alpha project that tq capcom and bioware have been so hush hush about. man get a life. this is what you'll find out the next E3 show this spring will tell you what tq has been up to. as far as them ending the game they could end the game any time before the patch. as i said read the eula and you'll realize your arguments like your thinking is flawed. :rtfm:
