Actually wont chance at all. They will get same ammount of dbs as before >.>. Patch affects the currency between CP and DBs. But shouldnt have anything to do with charecter buying -_-"

now many ppl buy/sell chars with USD not just with dbs, and he is talking about that.

Hmm... the only suggestion I have is...

Use your parent's credit card, buy a DB package on a level 70 noob with no gear, sell it to someone outside your IP whom you can trust, wait til Conquer give you the DBs then have your parents dispute the charges - (by the way, 3 months old charges can be disputed)

Hmm... wonder if it'll work. Would fuck up TQ somehow.
