Elmo8u123 is right for new user of WPE its complicated to do it all that you need is basic tutorial on WPE pro then you can do anything simply a dupe method or shop item hack even the real damage and the latest server down :))

WPE Pro stands for windows packet editor. It has two parts, an exe *which may be identified as a virus its a false positive just turn off your av or ignore etc* and another part which is a dll that is injected into the target application. The dll records packets by hooking the API's to send and recive the packets. It does not read the game files or the GM files etc thats nonsense. It listens to whats being sent or received. You can also resend packets.
The packets sent from client to server are encrypted. The packets sent from server to client are not.
You can't get all the packets in the game in a few secconds that would require making the game send all the packets. What you can get is packets for what is happening at the time of which you are recording.
