Moderator Application [2Moons/Dekaron]

Ok well,
i think we need another Moderator for 2moons/dekaron Black Market Section because if i or another guardian/member reports someone it always needs a time to check all the posts and like matii said from hisself, he's activ and he also checks the posts, everyday... an i personally think this is the best way to fix the problems with the count of reports...
for 1 Mod its kinda hart to check everything.
