[GUIDE] Making an Up-To-Date L2J Server

Hey all im having a little problem with my server everything fine when i connect my server using 127.0.0.1 ip it logs in and i can create my account and character. but as soon as i add my internal ip and external ip it doesnt want to connect Heres a few ss

I've tried everything i've tryed every ip the closest i got to was the server select screen and nothing happend. but when i try to do the 127.0.0.1 ip adresses to connect just on my machine it tells me protocols are different. how do you fix this or how are you supposed to set up your ip's for offline test server mode? just wondering if it's even possible to make a server without internet just to play on my own and fool around with stuff. thank you

I have a problem i did everything on the description untill i open my login file and i opened servername file and put 1 and than i opened register game server and it shows me an error.What should i do can somebody please help me??

you made a mistake with the files ( sql ) or the server configuration is messed up .
