LOL you really need to read before you post, its not a cheat but a list of each item with the calculations of each plus from +1 to +9 (in case you missed it again, this is just a chart)

No, it does not make your items +9, it just tells you what the bonuses are from +1-+9

Meaning, if you have a +8 sword, it will tell you what the + is going to be at higher levels.
