COMPLETE GUIDE for manual setup(credits to majid)
to get an account:
Send an email to "promotion @ vpnod.com" <-- (without space) with subject "vpnod", no content needed. just send.
then you will receive an email containing your account info. use it to log to the VPN.
NO GUIDE FOR WNIDOWS 7 YET
Setup guide - Windows XP
1. Choose Start > Settings > Network Connections > New Connection Wizard.
2. Choose "Connect to the network at my workplace" and click "Next".
3. Choose "Virtual Private Network connection" and click "Next"
4. Enter a name for the VPN connection (example "KhanByPass") and click "Next".
5. If you don't need to dial up to the Internet before you can connect to KhanByPass,
choose "Do not dial the initial connection".
Otherwise choose the connection to use. Click "Next".
6. Enter "173.203.198.31" as the VPN server host name and click "Next".
7. Check "Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop" if desired, then click "Finish".
8. Enter Username: Password:
To disconnect, right-click the VPN connection symbol in the system tray and choose "Disconnect".

2. Click "Set up a connection or network".
3. Choose "Connect to a workplace" and click "Next".
4. Choose "Use my Internet connection (VPN)".
5. Enter "173.203.198.31" as the Internet address and
enter a Destination name (examplev "KhanByPass"). Then click "Next".
6. Enter your KhanByPass user name and password (you've received
these after completing your purchase, and you can also find them
in your receipt e-mail), check "Remember this password" if desired, and click "Create".
7. To connect, choose Start > Connect To.
8. Choose "KhanByPass" and click "Connect".
9. Click "Connect" again.
To disconnect, right-click the VPN connection symbol in the system tray,
and under "Disconnect from", select "KhanByPass".
