1. install libraryfiles
2. install regOCX files
3. install vcredist_x86 (Microsoft Visual C++) make sure its the latest one Microsoft Visual C++ 2010

It's done in the 'Inventory' section. Just pick (as in click on it) a weapon and click on the button 'Set 1st weapon'. And then the same with the second weapon.
