sir.. this is i put

Offset=2-12 //in Seconds... Offset between votes [E.G. a number between 2-12...]
TotalOffset=12 //in Hours.... Offset between all votes
Accounts=erwinexvi //Separate by ;
Server=www.freedomrf.com //Server name... can be dureal.equilibriumgaming.com, 70.38.11.105 (brazenRF), or some other host...
ServerPort=80 //Server Port
Page=/vote.php //Server Vote Script Page... (is /vote.php on EQG)
FromPage=http://www.gamecp.freedomrf.com/index2.php //From the page that the voting boxes were on... having this correct may save you a ban...
VoteAmmount=3 //Ammount of GP you get per vote (for statistic...)
NumVoteSites=8 //# of vote sites (count the voting buttons...)

but there's nothing error here but i exactly vote on time that is 7:00pm here... the problem is the vote will not count what can i do?? correct me if i made wrong

why it is not working for me???

it just always says "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application."

does it have some requirements or something??? (e.g. OS, etc.)

Question : How do you avoid voting from same ip. basicly a web master can check your accounts and ip numbers related to that accounts. result is simple. 50 accounts vote from same ip is epic ban hammer.... 50 accounts vote from sama ips at every 12 hours is gigantic epic ban hammer........am i missin something ???
