ok, I talked to a couple of people there and they said it's Japanese Conquer 2.0 so no point actually discovering it anymore cuz it's basically the same thing, except some new things, like they have Sashes already :P

It's a normal server, except they are at different times for most of us here so when we are playing in daytime they're sleeping, plus they just might have started and there are only three servers, like English CO started with dragon, nix and kylin.
