[Guide]Making A Conquer Online Private Server Version 5165

when i go to apache start it says

httpd.exe: syntax error on line 56 of C:/users/Owners/Documents/Conquer2.0/AppServ-Backup-2008-05-10/Apache2.2/conf/httpd.conf: ServerRoot must be a valid directory press any key to continue..............

so i can't even start the server! =( can anyonew help me?

New to this stuff =D

i suggest u uinstall apserver and delete any remaing files like that backup maybe it will be gone while uinstalling just reinstall appserv anyway u rly dont need it to run the server coz this is ini's version and it doesnt use mysql appserver is only needed if u want to run the website from ur pc

When I go to run the NewestCoServer.exe it just say NewestCOServer has stopped working. windows is checking for a problem. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Window will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

whats language of ur system?

When I run NewestCoServer.exe it says Starting to load DMaps., and then NewestCOServer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Also, my language is English(USA), so I don't think that's the problem. Anyway, thanks for your help.

I'm using my himachi ip and I already did that it's just not working for some reason.... Yes I edited the server.dat.... No errors appear either! When I try to login to the server it says Error Failed to connect to the server. Please login again. < That happens when I try to connect to the account server!
