Really depends on what you'll be using it for.
Bard would be the better choice in leveling, due to speed. A Warlock doesn't need Cleric as a sub on that part, because even without Cleric a Warlock can actually kill Giant/pt mob/ pt Giant.
Pvp is a whole different story. Here bard is pretty much a pain to play. Maybe not vs a few Chinese, but any thing with Holy Word/Spell or Special pills won't be killable ( Atleast, not likely ).
My Vote goes to Cleric tho, love that class as a Sub on pretty much anything actually =P.
