The website does state that AMD GPUs are currently not supported. That notice was added late Saturday, shortly after the FC27 release, specifically so AMD users would be aware of the issue before purchasing. So saying that we're knowingly letting AMD users continue purchasing without mentioning it anywhere is just false.

We're actively working on AMD compatibility and are hoping to push an update for it today. This unfortunately isn't as simple as flipping a switch. From what I've been told and what I've observed, AMD compatibility has been an issue across other products in this space as well, so this isn't something unique to CA. That doesn't mean we're satisfied with it, we're working to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

As for your previous situation and compensation, if you were told you would be compensated, we'll make sure that gets looked at.

Regarding Elocarry, they're obviously free to release whatever product they want, and competition is competition. But jumping from being frustrated about an AMD compatibility issue to calling us “shady sellers” who have been taking advantage of people is unnecessary, especially when the exact issue you're accusing us of hiding is currently disclosed on our website.

You're completely entitled to criticize the product when something doesn't work for you. Just keep the criticism factual.

Edit: AMD GPU support has now officially been pushed and should be working. If you were previously promised compensation because of the AMD issue, please open a ticket on our Discord and we’ll get that taken care of for you.

I understand where you're coming from, and I do appreciate you explaining it this way.

We know there are users who would prefer a more stripped-down product at a lower price, and that feedback is completely fair. We actually did create an FC Lite product for that reason, to give people a cheaper option without the full Premium feature set. That said, maybe Lite still isn’t stripped down in the specific way you’re looking for, or maybe the particular feature you want is still tied to Premium. If that’s the case, I understand why it doesn’t solve your specific issue.

And if we haven’t acted on certain feedback as quickly as you would have liked, I apologize. It’s nothing personal, and it isn’t because we’re ignoring what people are saying.

At the same time, our pricing is our pricing because of how we’ve chosen to position and develop the products. There is clearly demand for the broader feature set, particularly from the vPro side, and there are plenty of users who specifically want those additional features. Something one person considers unnecessary may be the exact feature another person is buying it for.

It’s similar to an iPhone having features you personally don’t use. You can absolutely feel that it’s too expensive for what you need, but that doesn’t necessarily mean Apple is going to remove those features and lower the price for everyone. Different products are going to make sense for different users.

If Elocarry releases something that fits what you’re looking for better, there’s genuinely nothing wrong with choosing them. Competition is good, and everyone should ultimately use whatever gives them the best value for their own needs.

I just want to make clear that we do hear the feedback. We may not always make the exact change being requested, but that doesn’t mean it’s being dismissed.
You’re still completely missing the point.

You say this game is different from an FPS, but it’s the exact same concept—there are player entities, and you can read the predicted trajectories and movements of both the players and the ball straight from memory data.
Think about it simply: do you seriously not get why people use ESP and aimbot in FPS games?

Tweaking sliders, uncapping PlayStyles, and maxing out stats won't make a noob beat a high-level player. In other words, with your tool, it’s practically impossible for a beginner to beat a seasoned player while keeping it looking legit.

What people actually want is tight marking, clean tackles, and clinical shooting and passing. Some of EA’s built-in assist mechanics are flat-out broken, and using a 'Competitive Switch Unlock' barely moves the needle.

Now look at EC. They’re building an actual helper tool that genuinely gives players an edge to win competitive matches effortlessly.

If I use EC, people will just remember me as a great player. But with your tool? Come on. Even with a full squad of 99-rated cards, 5-star weak foot, and every PlayStyle unlocked, do you really think anyone is beating a pro? I honestly have no clue why you’re charging such an absurd price for this.

Before accusing me of “spreading lies” and false marketing, let me ask you something directly:

Can you comfortably say that every single one of your sliders is currently working exactly as intended, without a single issue? FPS, Crash, Certain stats not applying, etc.

Because I can say that about ours at this time.

If the answer is genuinely yes, then fair enough, I’ll apologize and correct what I said. I have no problem doing that.

But I’m not pulling this out of thin air either. I was responding directly to what the user above posted about the issues they’ve experienced with other providers. That’s the information I was going off of.

So if everything on your end is currently working flawlessly, just say so. No hard feelings. But jumping straight to “lies” and “false marketing” when I’m responding to a customer's stated experience is a little dramatic.

We’re both competitors here. I’m happy to keep it factual.

I think at this point we may just have a different view of what makes a useful product, which is completely fine.

If what you're specifically looking for is an assisting tool that tries to improve things like marking, tackling, passing, shooting, positioning, etc. while making the user appear completely legitimate, then I understand why what Elocarry is describing appeals to you. If they release it, it works as advertised, and that's what you want, then by all means use it.

Where I disagree is the idea that what we're offering therefore has little or no competitive value.

Maxing player attributes, changing PlayStyles, controlling individual players and Virtual Pros, and manipulating the opponent are not meaningless advantages. Obviously none of that magically turns somebody who has never played FC into a professional player, and I've never claimed that it does. Skill still matters.

But I also don't think it's realistic to suggest that two equally skilled players are on an even playing field when one has access to those advantages and the other doesn't. Take that to an extreme.. one side playing with heavily boosted attributes while the opposing side is heavily reduce, and I think the point becomes fairly obvious.

The difference seems to be that you want the cheat to essentially play better football for you, whereas our product gives the player direct control over attributes, players, teams and other match variables. Those are two different approaches, and different people are going to prefer different things.

As for EC, I'm not going to sit here and bash something that hasn't even released yet. If they build what they're describing and it works well, good for them. Competition is healthy. But I'd rather judge a product once it's actually available and working than argue over what someone says they're going to build.

So I don't think I'm missing your point. I understand exactly what you're asking for. I'm just not necessarily agreeing that your preferred type of tool is the only type of tool that provides a meaningful advantage.

And ultimately, that's okay. You're entitled to prefer theirs, just like other users are entitled to prefer ours.

That’s exactly my point: why the hell is your tool priced that high?

"different people are going to prefer different things"? Nobody prefers those bare-minimum features at that ridiculous price point. Countless people have already called you out on this, and honestly, if your product was actually selling well, you wouldn't even be here in the comments arguing like this.

If a product is truly worth the price tag, people leave good reviews and defend it against baseless hate. Debating who’s slightly better among generic, copy-paste pastebins is just splitting hairs.

If you and your devs are actually as competent as you claim, build something truly innovative like EC did and slap a reasonable price on it. Besides, EC has already proven themselves as a legit, trusted provider in massive titles like LoL, and they still deliver solid service and quality to this day.

I just hope beginners who’ve never touched cheats don't read your post and get the wrong idea lmao

Yes I can :p I reversed their game's slider code at 4 August and my Sliders were ready at that time and it's working mechanism was 1:1 same with the game. No crash, No FPS drops. Every stat sliders was working as intended and I posted a video of my gameplay at FC 27 Beta.

Good. Don't take my words agressive. I just become mad when I see false advertising. My criticism not only towards to you.

I think we're starting to go in circles here, so I'll keep this one pretty simple.

You're completely entitled to think the product is too expensive. I've acknowledged that from the beginning. You're also entitled to prefer what EC is building. No issue there whatsoever.

Where you're losing me is when you start making assumptions about our business based on the fact that I'm here responding to people.

This is literally part of my job. Of course I'm going to be present in the community, answer questions, respond to criticism and discuss our product. If anything, I'd think it would be stranger for us to sell something and then disappear whenever somebody questioned it.

And the assumption that I wouldn't be here if FC were selling well doesn't really make sense either. We wouldn't continue putting development time, support and resources into FC if there wasn't a market for it. I'm not going to turn this into a discussion about our sales numbers because that's really nobody else's business, but we're perfectly comfortable continuing to support the product.

As for the price, I understand that you don't see the value at that price point. That's fair. But saying "nobody" does is obviously different. People are buying it, and different customers value different features. We even introduced Lite specifically because we understood that not everyone wanted or needed the full package.

And if EC releases something genuinely innovative that works exactly as advertised, I'll happily give them credit for it. I'm not emotionally invested in pretending competitors can't make good products.

But I also don't think we need to copy another provider's approach or race them to the lowest possible price to justify our own product existing.
If their product ends up fitting what you want better, use theirs. Genuinely. There's no hard feeling there.

You don't have to like our pricing, and you don't have to like our approach. I just think there's a difference between saying "this isn't worth it to me" and deciding from that that it isn't worth it to anybody.

At this point I think I've explained our position pretty clearly, so this will probably be my last reply on it. You're free to disagree, but I don't think repeating the same points back and forth is going to get either of us anywhere.

Yeah, yeah, whatever. I respect your choice.

The fact is, people just don't like how you sell your product. You keep saying you respect people's feedback, but literally nothing has changed.

Making a Lite version was a good move. But charging $75 for a product with even fewer features? Yeah, you really haven't changed at all.

And you just had to say things nobody asked for, which is why Vega cringed at you.

If you keep claiming you're the best anyway, why are you so obsessed with putting down competitors to stay relevant? At the end of the day, people will always just go after a good product anyway lmao

If everything you claim is actually true, just chill out. To me, you just look like someone desperately shilling because your tool isn't selling.

From my own experience using CA (especially during fc26), the sliders don't all work properly - only those who tinker around with every slider will notice. I had several conversations with one of your devs, showed proof with in-game clips etc = The team sliders were affecting the vpro sliders. I won't go into too much detail as I think this should be a separate conversation. I'm saying this to imply that even CA had broken sliders in fc26.

Anyways, focusing on the main point of the discussion here: CA's product offering & pricing vs. competitors. I agree we should not review or judge a cheat that has not released yet so I will discuss CA.

The question for CA is, what is driving the price so high? Is it the attributes/sliders OR is it the rage features? I would assume it should be the rage features - which in turn means that the attributes/sliders for team and for vpro should be bundled in a cheaper lite version for pro club players and users that don't want the FUT rage features.

If the attributes/sliders are the main selling point then that changes the conversation - but the price is still deemed too expensive for that.

Regardless, its obvious that you already know the feedback from the community and up to this moment have not decided that its in your best interest to make a change. Until that happens, I speak for myself, I will be an EC customer - assuming features all work properly and UD.

I see great value in attributes/sliders as I see great value in actual gameplay. At this moment in time, I don't see why one should be priced higher than the other - EC's price range seems borderline fair.

Appreciate the reasonable response.

On FC26, I’m not going to argue with your personal experience. There were points where individual features had issues, and when something breaks or isn’t behaving as intended, we work on it and fix it. That’s just part of maintaining something like this through game updates. I also don’t want to speculate about what specifically happened in your case without looking back at the conversations you had with the dev.

What I can speak to is FC27, and so far the current sliders/features are working as intended. If that changes, we’ll address it the same way we always do.
On pricing, I understand your argument. At the end of the day, there is demand for the product at its current price and for the feature set we offer, but that doesn’t mean we can’t look at how things are packaged.

One possibility I’ve been thinking about is whether moving some of the vPro customization/features into Lite would make that option more appealing for Pro Clubs players who don’t care about the broader FUT/rage feature set. I’m not promising that change right now, but I’ll look into whether it makes sense.

As far as players who are looking for more of a “legit” advantage rather than the more obvious FUT/rage-style features, that feedback hasn’t gone unnoticed either. We’ve had some internal discussions around what else could make sense for legitimate-style FUT/competitive players. Nothing I want to promise or announce right now, but it’s something we’re aware of and have been discussing.

If EC ends up being a better fit for what you personally want, that’s completely fair. I appreciate you at least explaining the reasoning behind it rather than turning it into a brand-vs-brand argument.
