Looks like it, but it looks like the menu has changed a bit. I don't see anti-aim or autowall features in that video, if they have been removed then gb0t will be better for rage then

and yes all cheats are safe the Ricochet driver that is loaded is outdated. You can check with DriverView and it'll show you the Ricochet driver for that game was last modified in 2021. I doubt anyone gets banned anymore.
