I assume this server will be heavily quest orientated like the original SRO.
So, my question to you is...have you checked your rewards and stuff?

For example, I took the quest "Weapon dealer's letter" but I did not get the letter which I was supposed to deliver, nor there is a NPC called "Jingyo" at the South Gate.

As I can see you have replaced it with "Gift Silk Julia" and you are probably aware of this.

I just wanted to point it out in case you miss it somehow.

Also, why can't we see names and locations of all the NPC's once we open the map? It is pain in the ass to look for them...
