You need to open your registration in INTERNET EXPLORER. (FIREFOX and others won't work) also accept their plugin, hangmane protect or something.
It will lock your internet so you cant copy and paste.

You need account to download client, look on first page steps are there.

Btw I'm not using proxy and I'm not getting lag either. (Spikes once in about every 2-3 hours but nothing major)
