Pretty poor application experience.

I created a ticket on the 7th, and it took a few days for a response. Ken asked a few more questions which I responded to within an hour or so. No further contact was received, and the application bot automatically closed the application due to inactivity after 8 days.

I created another ticket referencing my first application, and explained that while waiting for a response I had joined another private scripting community, but that I wasn't happy with the scripts. The script quality in the other community is poor, to say the least, and frequently crashes.

Both PSVG and the other community I joined are slow to respond to questions, and don't seem to prioritise their customers. PSVG also don't allow customers to write/modify their scripts. I'm a software developer, and this was something I was looking forward to - at least as a backup if I felt the scripts weren't good enough. A common complaint of PSVG I've read in a few posts is that many champions aren't supported very well.

Based on my poor experience with the other community, the immutable nature of PSVG, and the unprofessionalism in PSVG's response times, in my second ticket I added that I don't have the confidence to pay €275 without a trial. My application was closed 3 days later, after a total of 13 days, and I was given the perma denied role.

At no point did anything resembling an actual conversation take place.

My experience so far after being in contact with 3 different private scripting communities, is that they all seem bad in their own ways. I'm not sure there's anything as good as the old days of LeagueSharp.

Application responses were slow as we were busy working on the platform. During the time you waited, we had paused applications for a few days so there would be less to come back to once we were done. (Which is why you see people asking for an invite to the application server above your post).

With over 900 applications we are bound to have been late on a few sometimes, it happens. And we apologize to all applicants that have had to wait extra long for their verdicts.

We absolutely do prioritize our customers, our average response time on tickets by our users is 3 hours (based on all tickets since May). Users can attest that we try to resolve their support tickets diligently and as fast as possible + compensate subscription time lost.

The fact that we don't allow users to create their own scripts has been something we have always been clear about for our almost 2 year existence. And is something you'd be aware of when you initially applied.

Today, one of our staff went over all ~30 open applications and either followed up or gave the application verdict. While we recognize that the time you had to wait for the verdict isn't ideal, this period of time was an outlier, and creating an application in an upset/passive-aggressive tone, acting like we owe you a free trial certainly isn't a great way to improve your chances for an already rigorous application process (~2%)

Appreciate the apology for the wait time, but some parts of your reply feel more like PR damage control than an attempt to address my concerns.

I was fully aware that PSVG doesn't allow users to create their own scripts, and at no point was that a surprise or an issue I overlooked. The point I made in my second application was that based on my new experiences with other communities, I've come to highly value having control over scripts, as it allows me to rely on my own skills as a software developer to fix issues myself. I'm sure I said this was one of the reasons why I was hesitant to proceed without a trial, along with the poor response time.

I wasn't acting like I was entitled to a trial or that PSVG owed me anything. My second application was simply an update to reflect my current stance. I'm pretty sure I even phrased it along the lines of, "Bit of a long shot, but if not, good luck." I don't see how that comes across as demanding or unreasonable, I thought it was pretty clear that I fully expected the answer to be "no".

I don't remember too much of what else I wrote, suggesting you hire more people to process applicants, and complaining about my experience with another scripting community? It wasn't intended to be passive aggressive. Sharing feedback shouldn't be interpreted as hostility. If applications were paused temporarily, a notice or update to applicants would have gone a long way.

I get the feeling that maybe due to the high demand for access, the idea of someone saying they wouldn't join without a trial might be unfamiliar. For me, it's not about the money, but about the principle. I'm not willing to pay upfront for a service when my perception of that service is negative. Refer to my first application, where I mentioned that I declined to join a different scripting community that tried to tack on a 15% "PayPal fee". It's unprofessional, I lost respect, so I moved on from a $100 service to PSVG, €275.

My experience applying to PSVG also felt very unprofessional, and PSVG also lost my respect. Put yourself in my shoes, or maybe I'm just weird - but I can't trust in a service that costs 3x as much as all of the others but can't communicate effectively to prospective customers. Whether I'm an outlier or not, what I was trying to convey was that after such a poor impression, the only way I would have considered joining is through a trial. Anyway, water under the bridge. Technically we already do support Windows 11, it's just disabled for users their own privacy because of its TPM requirement.

We do not sell our product to just anyone, you have to apply and be accepted before you're even able to pay. Our price is €‎275/month and do not offer sales.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, however those people are not at all affiliated with us and likely impersonating to scam people.

One of our staff has also made announcements before telling people to watch out for impersonators.

I don't blame you; this was solely my mistake. But I needed to write this somewhere so that others could see it. These scammers only left this address, so please let everyone know to spread the word so that good people don't fall into the hands of these sick individuals.
