My old main account got banned for getting gifted orbs from a stolen account (so the guy that got his account stolen reported it and prob that linked Riot to my account and banned me), what's the chance this serve is getting me unbanned? My account says "LOCKED" not "BANNED" though.

Obviously I didn't know account was stolen, otherwise I wouldn't have done it.

Def a gamble. The chances of an unban is lower than 10% depending on the severity of the ban, be more transparent with your customers.

Adding onto the fact that you haven't posted any tangible proofs of unban, this service definitely feels scummy to the max.
