i decide to buy from him he said he is ready and key is ready after I pay from him
he said he don't have keys now then I asked for a refund he said ok but need to make something in his website, although I didn't buy from his website I bought from him personally and I will share the chat between us.
I waited for 12 hours messaged him 2 messages he said I'm afk why you spam (replying and afk at the same time)

then I waited for him for more than 30 hour no reply and no refund issued
