Faceit sperrt auch IMMER die HWID sobald jemand gebannt wurde. Dass die Sperrung jetzt permanent ist und nicht 2 Jahre ist purer Zufall und einfach unglücklich gelaufen. First and foremost to the announcement: AimSync Faceit would've been a different Version than the one being delivered to st1nT. Secondly to the tester: I have tried multiple times to explain to you that we needed ONE tester who is not part of AimSync to not have any bias when testing it. Yes I did that afterwards, but I thought this would be logical. Full mistake on my end. Third to your Faceit Ban: Me and my admin are both not banned from Faceit, even after playing multiple weeks with it there, playing in total over 100 games together, which means, for me, that you made a mistake while using the program. Fourth to the Topic of not giving any suggest solution: You stood on your point that you wanted the full amount of money refunded, so which solution do you expect from me when you only give me ONE choice to do anything? And lastly to the topic of damages caused: Faceit is the strongest Anti Cheat on the market as of now, which is why it's very risky to cheat there. Faceit is also banning the HWID EVERY TIME someone gets banned. The fact that the ban is permanent and not 2 Years is completely random and just unlucky.
