First product worked as intented so that was great, but when I tried another one and I needed some support to get it working. Well I never got any support. Waited for 2-3 weeks or so with nearly daily reminders.

The product is down, no announcement no support nothing
I still had weeks left on my sub, Mr Slave is ghosting my DMs and threads on their forum
This is not a serious service at all, I do not recommend
