Dude literally scammed me for $50 for a Kmbox.
I made the order and the kmbox never arrived, the seller then told me the factory forgot to ship it, and that a refund will be processed within 1-2 days.. that was over a week ago.

He keeps saying it will be refunded, but he just keeps stalling and ignoring my messages.

I've refunded multiple customers already. If you can't comprehend my messages, please just ask. As I said, I do NOT have access to my hardware wallet. I will provide you with the refund once home. You can ask other customers and they'll say that their refund using Stripe has been provided. I've provided them with proof also.

I just CANNOT refund Cryptocurrency payments as of now. I will be able to hopefully, later today :)

Not going to lie, you should focus on rebuilding your brand instead of posting announcements in your Discord ridiculing your customers. It isn't a very good look.

I placed the order before this whole sick situation happened - What happened should not have happened at all. I think it will be very difficult to rebuild trust.
