A company doesn't break into anyones computer. its legal to scan peoples computers for that type of stuff.

It's legal as long as they tell you about it. That is what happened in WoW for example... Blizzard implented a "trojan" that checks through your currently running programs (and possibly other stuff too) to see if you have any cheats on. I don't know if they got sued for that but some people were asking for fines up to millions.. :D hah you bitches :D

They CANT retreive information about your running programs if you DONT want it.
