okay just to clear this up:

bluemanmac is a guy who wanted to make a Revolution Shaiya some time ago.. but he didnt get it coz he wasnt able to do it alone
now, kb3rcl is making shaiya rEvolution

they have absolutely NOTHING to do with each other, kb3rcl is current owner and the server is gonna be up these days

if u follow it, my post was first, so they STOLE MY SERVER NAME... so screw them... if i wanted to i could make them change it seeing as i have a copy right on that name.. so they need to change

no chance, the nubs keep bringing out little fail-servers with a large donation-system

I would be very much interested in seeing the government stamped papers that say that you have reserved rights and copyright on the server name "Shaiya Revolution".

Considering private servers like this are illegal, I'm more than certain that you don't have those.

And since you don't have those, AND, Shaiya Revolution isn't the same as Shaiya rEvolution, AND, you don't have a server/site/forums to even put up the name, AND, you're a whiny little kid who's parents have lots of money, I'd shut the hell up and get to work =]

1. the name "shaiya" is copy writted
2. these servers arent illegal as long as they still have advertisements to the original server or they give profit to aria games

If you need a developer you need to tell me what language the client is in and i can take a look. i also need to know features your adding/changing. i want 0% profit. i am an open source developer. i have always wanted to work on a shaiya server. I will leave within 2months though.
