I bought the 1 day pass for testing it, but it didn't work "out of the box".

I followed all instructions:
Intel Virtualization enabled in BIOS.
Secure Boot disabled in BIOS.
No anti-viruses installed, including Windows Defender.
Disk drives must use GPT layout.
BIOS boot mode set to UEFI.
Disable Fast Boot and TPM in BIOS.

The client finished setting up my system then I restarted my computer, opened PubG, waited 60 seconds and nothing, even pressing the Del key to access the cheat menu didn't work.

I opened a support ticket on their Discord (ID#539) and so far no one helped (after 6 hours), their Telegram is not useful since it is for reading news only.

Before purchasing, it is informed that it works on Windows 10. It is not mentioned regarding Windows 11. In the instructions, it is stated that it works for some but not all. Windows 10 is mentioned before purchasing because in this version, it is certain that it works. For Windows 11, it is not certain, hence it is not listed in the prerequisites to avoid any buyer purchasing with Windows 11 and experiencing malfunctions.
