For all those who are having trouble with this, if you are using visual basic, go to C:\rikardo updated\ and open up and go to NewestCoServer.csproj from here you need to go and hit the green play button at the top to debug(or by going to Debug>debug from the menu at top. From there, you need to figure out how to problem solve and find out what you did wrong if you are getting errors.

I got it working on my own, however when i try to use it, i can't access the map. Is there a DMap i need to add here to make this map work?

It gives me a loading screen, but i can still type commands so i can go back to twin city if i need to.
