The reason you got that xingcode error is because your xc folder had an extra app installed. If you still have the old xc folder you will notice there's an extra xm.exe added whenever you ran the game. The client actually screw up itself not your firewall\antivirus did. The only solution is to find new compatible xingcode.

Are you planning to release or sell these files in any capacity since you say there yours?

The community could absolutely help you work on them and some would even help foot the server bills should you run a well made and fair one.
It would also massively help the the Pserver community develop as a whole and de-monopolize servers like Oceanic and Radiant who have had a stranglehold on recent files for too long.

why easyupload can't open with message Access Denied?

I have finished the game client. I fill it in on the disk. You can't log in to the game because I haven't taken the game off the technical works yet.
The test accounts were also not distributed. There is no auto-registration there. And it won't.
