People say ASUS because the AMI spoofing method seems to work best for those mobos but to answer your question:

ASUS Mobo - Allows you to download your rom and edit your serials (no spoofing software required)
2 SSDs - Allows you set them up in a raid0 configuration so that the hard drive serials are not pulled by the AC and you can just redo the raid0 setup/format

Edit Mobo Serial + UUID + MAC + Raid0 setup + format is typically enough to bypass even the nasty Anti-cheats, you can toss in an IP change as well. Some ACs attempt to pull your monitor serial/EDID but I have never encountered one that tracks GPU or anything else. I haven't played for awhile but I tested the method on Faceit Client, Valorant, COD, Apex, EFT, works fine and you're not relying on shitty spoofers.

the tldr is basically those two items allow you to manually spoof yourself and I have tested it on almost every AC when I compiled the guide to give out to people from information available online.

Spoofers eventually just get detected or you're worrying about another detection vector along with your pasted ass GG style cheats lol.

Once you learn it once or twice its a 30-40 minute total procedure including windows install.
