After trying to figure out whether this product would be worth it or not, there is literally no reason to believe that this isn't just a massive red flag. Not only is the most basic concept of selling any product not fulfilled (proving a product is/does what you claim) but purchasing a "lifetime" product from someone who has no service community and was gone for years would certainly be a special kind of dumb.
