I think the actual packet he first posted has now been fixed in the latest update the other day..

-I can't use it anymore so meh?!? Clarification by anyone else who got the 1st packet?

Used this shit along time ago, Best thing is to use it in market on one char, and then get a high level (90+) to stand outside TC or another town, and wait for the marketers to reconnect and hop back to market, while hopping back, Shoot and kill them, watch there dbs and supers fall to the ground as your low level picks them up.
