Regarding to this assumption, small userbase of cheatproviders are better for safety because less people are going to detected?

U should be the master-moderator for the whole CoD-Hacking section ;D

Yea, for the most part, small userbase providers fly low enough on the radar to be skipped by AAC/TAC, but it's mainly about publicity; people making videos about a certain provider, things like that.
