[Release] Flash fix for old clients.

I'm not sure if the flash.ocx is for specific client version cause I'm using Client v5065 and I don't believe it should be affected somehow I came to having this issue when I try opening the loader.

Tho, it's because UpdaterCore is a dll.

There is a game called ConquerX that used this tool, very early on and he uses TQBinary. Is this server yours?

Anyway, its pretty easy.

Use the Autopatcher that Pitinho shared or the launcher of Darkfox. They both already did the ‘hard’ part
