Hi Vxlunteer! We are working with a few small Resellers in foreign countries but none of those accept Paypal. Paypal is too easy to abuse, even with the "f&f" system.

Regarding your 2nd question: How hard it is for Vanguard to detect scripts is something we can't answer, as only RIOT knows the answer to that. :)
