This bug is not recommended. If you buy anything other than uri or prem, it disappears on both the subscription page, the backpage and the flash player boosters, so I wouldn't bother with rebate or doubler for sure. Speaking from experience.

I tested it again today and it's work, follow the steps correctly... Maybe you need a video for show you how to do that
