um.. how come the start program won't come up? the older CO partner worked perfectly but this one doesn't work. i allowed it past my firewall already. i clicked TQprogram.exe but nothing happens. anyone know why? i need help please. thank you.

P.S. on the first step, it said: "open emulator then click OK to continue." where's the emulator?
