when i log on to my cod mw it says im permanently banned, is that the same as shadow ban? will this spoofer work for my perma ban?

yes remove shadowban from your pc if you are banned you got shadowban

This does not remove bans from your account. You can forget about that account if it says it’s permanently banned. Make a new account and try to play. If you get a ping of 400+ you’re shadow banned. That’s when this tool comes handy!

if i buy the game again on pc and create new account would i still need a tool like this? or do i just wait a few weeks to play again on the new account?

don't need to wait, just use the spoofer clean system from banlog and change the whole hardware ID

do you have to reinstall windows in order for this to work?
